<p>PURPOSE:To secure the reproduction, quick traversing and rewinding actions each and at the same time to reduce the height of the main apparatus, by providing the one-way clutch to the take-up reel and lead-out reel each and then giving the forward and reverse turning to the motor of the take-up reel. CONSTITUTION:One-way ball clutches 2b and 3b are provided to reel axles 4 and 5. When axle 4 turns toward arrow B, clutch 2b also turns in the same direction and has no turn in the case of the opposite direction. In the same way, when axle 5 has a turn toward arrow C, clutch 3b also has a turn in the same direction and has no turn in the case of the opposite direction. When axle 4 is turned counterclockwise in the reproduction or quick traversing mode, steel balls 17a-17c have the rolling movement to touch slope parts 18a-18c and are then clutched to take up the tape. In the case of rewinding, motor 1 is reversed. As a result, three operation modes are carried out by one unit of the motor, thus reducing the height of the apparatus down to 10cm or less.</p> |
