发明名称 DIFFERENTIAL OF AUTOMATIC CONTROL TYPE FOR VEHICLE
摘要 PURPOSE:To obviate a running inability of a vehicle when its wheel has been stuck in a soft mud or has fallen in a gutter, by supporting a pinion shaft with a prescribed angle between a central vertical line and a horizontal axle output line of a differential case. CONSTITUTION:Within a differential case 2 are housed pinion gears 3 mating with side gears 5, 5' which in turn are communicated with universal joints 6, 6', and a pinion shaft 4 is supported with a prescribed angle between a horizontal axle output line and a central vertical line of the diferential case 2. Thus the pinion shaft 4 can obtain restorative control reaction from the operating eccentric which will be caused to have alternative opposite angles every time when the pinion shaft 4 rotates half, and therefore, even when the wheel of the vehicle has fallen in the gutter or the like, the running inability of the vehicle will be obviated.
