Sorting machine for grading articles according to thickness and/or outer contour, especially coated pills, tablets or the like, with a sorter (1) which driven via a rotary shaft (25), is designed as a body of revolution, has a sorting gap and is formed by sorting discs (2, 3) adjustable relative to one another, the sorting gap of which sorter tapers from its outer periphery towards the centre of the body of revolution, and in which sorter sorting of the product takes under place the effect of gravity, with conveying elements feeding the products to the sorter (1) and with extracting fingers (6, 7, 8) which extract the material from the sorting gap, characterized in that the sorting discs (2, 3) are inclined continuously, that is to say steplessly, towards one another on their sides facing one another and thus form the sorting gap. |
