PURPOSE:To operate a switching circuit in a high speed, by discharging base surplus electric charge of a switching transistor by the output signal of a differentiating circuit to shorten the electric change storage time of the base. CONSTITUTION:Input terminal IN is connected to the base of switching transistor TrQ1 through base resistance RB. The emitter of TrQ1 is grounded, and the collector which becomes output end OUT is connected to power source VCC through load resistance RL. Terminal IN is connected to the input end of inverter 12 of differentiating circuit 11 and one input end of NOT gate 13 and is connected to the other input end of NOR gate 13 through delay circuit 14, and the output end of gate 13 is connected to the base of discharging TrQ2 through resistance Rb. Base surplus electric charge of TrQ1 is discharged by the differentiation output signal of gate 13 to shorten the electric charge storage time of the base, so that the switching circuit can be operated in a high speed. |
