PURPOSE:To give an alarm to a user in terms of an in-use place by detecting a watch being placed in an AC magnetic field of a constant level or more and then by providing different display from normal one. CONSTITUTION:Once the watch is placed in an AC magnetic field, an AC magnetic-field detection signal is output to terminal 141 of a control part to set RS-FF150, and consequently outputs Q and are held at ''H'' and ''L'' to output the most tolerant pulse PD3 against magnetism in the AC magnetic field to AND.OR155, so that rotation detection PD1 and PD2 will be inhibited from operating. At the same time, the output is masked by terminal 220PM2 to output the output of AND.OR228 200msec later just one second, and this repetition is carried out at intervals of just two seconds. This output pulse turns the rotor of a step motor twice within about 200msec and then this operation is repeated at intervals of just two seconds. Through the operation, the advance of the hands differing from normal one-second advance is made, so that it will be made possible to let an user know that his or her watch is placed in an AC magnetic field. |
