PURPOSE:To prepare canned unfoaming drink contained in a thin DI can (aluminium or tin can having extremely thin thickness not more than 0.15mm. at the thinnest center part), hardly becoming intended by external force, by charging the thin DI can with the unfoaming drink at a temperature at which the liquid has the maximum density. CONSTITUTION:Unfoaming drink, e.g., water, sake (liquor), coeffee, cocoa, etc. is heated to a temperature at which the liquid has the maximum density, or near the temperature, and, if necessary, degassed. The liquid is then added to a thin DI can. The air in the head space is replaced by an inert gas if necessary, and the can is sealed air tightly. The liquid is subjected to hot sterilization and cooled to room temperature. |
