PURPOSE:To prepare toasted laver sheets with ease, by providing an eating house, e.g, sushi shop, etc. with a device for preparing toasted laver sheets, and by mechanizing the device so that the laver sheets can be toasted uniformly at any time. CONSTITUTION:A proper number of the laver sheets 14 are set on the sheet receiving board 5 of the laver box 3. The laver sheets 14 are supported by the flat spring 4, brought into contact with the laver guide plate 12 and the roll with pins, and maintained horizontally. When the switch A is turned on, the rolls 7 and 7' driven by the motor are turned, the cover rolls 8 and 8' linked to the guide roll 11 are rotated, electricity is applied to the heater 9 so that the warming chamber 10 is heated. While the switch B is turned on, the roll 6 is turned inversely by a fixed degree by the action of the control board c, the first laver sheet from the top moves backwards and curved between the roll 6 and the push plate 13. Then, the roll 6 is driven forwards, the laver sheet 14 is transferred forwards, and introduced into the warming chamber 10. The laver sheet is heated to a proper temperature while being sent and taken out by the rolls 7' and 8'. |
