PURPOSE:To enhance both the service performance and the reliability, by securing the facsimile reply to the facsimile receiver with telephone at the subscriber side and through the aural reply device possessing the facsimile reply function. CONSTITUTION:First, the information is sent in the aural reply from aural reply part 5 to the aural reply request given from the subscriber. When the transmission is over with the information to be recorded remaining at the hand of the subscriber, the operation indication signal is transmitted to the subscriber. At the same time, switch (f) of switching part 4 is switched toward facsimile reply part 7. With this indication signal, the subscriber operates the start button of facsimile receiver 1 to connect the circuit toward receiver 1. Thus part 7 transmits for recording the facsimile signals of the character, the pattern or the like of the necessary information to receiver 1 via telephone exchange 2. In this way, the recording by the subscriber can be omitted with elimination of the mishearing, thus enhancing both the service performance and the reliability.
