The water skis consist of two floats (1,2) which are arranged side by side and joined together by a link (3). The bow of each ski is shaped like a boat stern and the stem (6,7) is pointed and has an increased draft. The flexible paddles (8,9) are fixed to the stern in the horizontal plane. The skis are propelled along the water by the user pressing down on each ski in turn behind the link line.
