Making animal feed by mixing milk powder with water - at high temp. then mixing in cold water before consumption

Appts. for prepg. a reconstituted liq. feed for animals, partic. by mixing powdered milk into hot water. The plant has a powder hopper and a water supply tank, each with means for metering its contents into a mixing bowl. Mixing occurs at a temp. well above ambient e.g. mixing at about 70 deg.C for consumption at 40 deg.C. Water is delivered from the supply tank to the mixing bowl at this higher mixing temp. Reconstituted prod. is transferred from the mixing bowl to a holding tank. Cold water is piped directly into the mixing bowl to cool the prod. to consumption temp. just before transfer to the holding tank. Mains water is pref. piped to both water supply tank and mixing bowl via separate branches each with a solenoid controlled valve. The mixing cycle is pref. initiated automatically as animals draw off liq. and lower the level of prod. in the holding tank. Much better mixing is obtained at a much higher temp. (70 deg.C) two stage mixing ensures correct temp. of reconstituted prod. for consumption.
