PURPOSE:To integrate the winding and resin molding processes by rotating the rotary table with a plurality of cores intermittently between the winding and injection molding points and the core is wound directly with the coil and resin molded. CONSTITUTION:The rotary table 21 with a plurality of cores 26 is rotated intermittently between the winding section 19 and the molding section 20. Then, initially, at the winding section 19, with the coil holding body lowered from above the core 26, the coil 8 is formed on the core 26. Then, the core 26 is rolled to the molding section 20 and the mold 24 is lowered from above for die clamping. Then, the resin is injected to mold. In parallel with this work, the coil 8 is formed on another core 26 at the winding section 19. The coil mold members 15a molded at the molding section 20 are combined in specified numbers to form one coil molded body. |
