PURPOSE:To secure the selection for the desired broadcast station through one operation, by detecting the light emission from the lamp by the phototransistor provided to the moving pointer and then stopping the pointer at that position. CONSTITUTION:Pointers 14-16 are set to the frequency of the receiving broadcast station previously and then preset onto scale 12. Then the channel selection is performed with the finger touch to one of buttons 17-19, and furthermore lamp 24 of the light emitting device is lit up. Thus the light given from lamp 24 is detected by phototransistor 21, a light receiving device, provided to moving pointer 13 to stop pointer 13 at that position. As a result, the desired broadcast station can be selected through one operation. |
