<p>Charging carriage for bakeries to insert bread and rolls into multideck baking ovens is a frame made of round or square tubes, and with two fixed and two swivelling wheels. Some of the fixed crossbars on the operator's side are fitted with rollers. The crossbars at the oven side are combined by a square structure in pairs, each hinged in the centre at one side so that they can be turned outward through an angle of 35 deg. The new carriage saves time and speeds up the oven charging operation.</p> |
