PURPOSE:To facilitate search of an occurring spot of the fault of a device and analysis of an occurring cause, by providing a second memory part having a plurality of fault processing information storing regions. CONSTITUTION:A device separates a plurality of bank notes 3, charged through a slot 1 to a charge part 2, one by one, recognizes and accumulates the bank notes, and meanwhile, stocks the notes in bank note chambers 12-14, or takes out the bank notes, accumulates the bank notes at a first accumulating part 16, and delivers the bank notes together with a detail slip 18. An abnormal conveyance state monitoring part 45 inputs outputs from sensors during motions, e.g. receipt processing, payment processing, and monitors the occurrence of an abnormal conveyance state. When an abnormal conveyance state occurs, the occurrence of the abnormal conveyance state is reported to a control part 41. The control 41 reads conveyance state data, stored in a first memory part 43 at a current point of time, and control data for control of conveyance at each part of a device as fault processing information. The fault processing information is stored in a second memory part 44. |
