PURPOSE:To obtain pasty soybeans, having excellent flavor by addition thereof to cow's milk and capable of simultaneously providing ingestion of vegetable and animal proteins and further calcium by boiling soybeans dipped in water and then stirring the resultant boiled soybeans in a mixer until the soybeans attain a pasty form. CONSTITUTION:Soybeans dipped in water for 8-10hr are boiled until the soybeans are softened and then stirred in a mixer until a pasty form is attained to afford the objective pasty soybeans. The resultant pasty soybeans are subsequently blended with cow's milk at 1:4 ratio and stirred in a mixer to provide a beverage. |
