AG ALLOY FOIL MATERIAL FOR INTERCONNECTOR OF SOLAR CELL

摘要

PURPOSE:To manufacture an Ag alloy foil material stably showing excellent capacity as an interconnector of a solar cell for a long period of time by incorporating specified ratios of Be, rare earth elements and In into Ag. CONSTITUTION:An Ag alloy foil material having the compsn. contg. 10 to 750ppm of one or more kinds among Be, rare earth elements and In and the balance Ag with inevitable impurities is manufactured. The Ag alloy foil material maintains the characteristics directly after manufactured only with the generation of scanty softening to a heat cycle and is suitable as an interconnector of a solar cell.
