1. Adjustable shower rose comprising a central fixed core (1) through which the stream of water flows and with respect to which may be moved a rotary peripheral assembly (18, 20, 22) which may move longitudinally and with which the perforated nozzle (22) where the water emerges is fast, said fixed core (1) being extended in the direction of the nozzle (22) by a sleeve element (8) adapted to come into contact with said nozzle (22) to obtain either a wide jet or a concentrated jet, characterised in that, inside the central fixed core (1), is arranged a valve (10, 11) of which the position of the head (10) with respect to its seat (7) is controlled by the cooperation of the end (12) of the valve rod (11) with said nozzle (22) and in that the edge (13) of the sleeve (8) directed towards the nozzle (22) is recessed with respect to the end (12) of the valve rod (11) when the head (10) thereof rests on its seat (7).
