PURPOSE:To make stable the oscillator highly and to make highly accurate the oscillation frequency, by sealing the integrated circuit element for oscillation and piezoelectric element in the sealed case having airtight terminal and providing a capacitor at the airtight terminal outside the package. CONSTITUTION:The sealed case 1 consists of the airtight terminal 3 fixing a plurality of terminal pins with the airtight glass 2 and the cap 4 sealed and fixed to the terminal 3. In the case 1 of upper end of the terminals pins 5 and 6, the holding springs 7, 8 are fixed with conductive adhesives, and the crystal oscillator 9 is fixed with the springs 7 and 8 with the same adhesives. The vapor-deposition electrode 9a of the oscillator 9 is conductive to the pin 5 and another electrode 9b is to the pin 6. At the upper surface of the terminal 3 in the case 1, the integrated circuit element 10 oscillating the oscillator 9 is provided and at the concave 3a of the terminal 3, the oscillating frequency adjusting capacitor C11 is provided, and the external electrode 17a of C11 and the base 3 are connected. Thus, in comparison with the provision of C11 on the printed circuit board, no on board wiring is required, resulting in being not subjected to the effect of stray capacity, allowing to reduce the variation in the frequency. |
