PURPOSE:To enable good transient performance, high gain and constant input and output impedance and output noise, by providing the attenuator, differential amplifier and output amplifier. CONSTITUTION:The attenuator ATT1, differential amplifier DA1, and output synthesizer HYB are provided. The output signal B of the main amplifier A1 is attenuated ATT1 into the same level as the signal A to be the signal C, and DA1 compares and amplifies the differential component between the signals A and C, that is, error (or distortion) signal. In this case, when the level of the error signal output E of the amplifier DA1 is taken as the same level as the distortion (error to input signal) produced at the amplifier A1 and opposite phase, the final output signal F of the output terminal 2 at synthesis HYB is similar to the input signal. Further, as the amplifier DA1, in case of transistors, in comparison with the amplifirer A1, the one shorter in carrier storage time and higher in cut-off frequency can be used. |
