The manually-operated liquid dispenser, consists of a container with compressible and expandable components. It is fitted with a bellows which forms a pump chamber with a closed end. The pump chamber operates in conjunction with the control handle (14). The open end of the pump chamber is near to a valve for letting liquid into the bellows (20). There is an output valve leading to the output from the container. The inlet and outlet valves are formed by slits at the open end of the bellows. They are contained in a projecting flange.
