PURPOSE:To realize the stable constant speed rotation of a motor by a method wherein the period of a signal corresponding to the rotational speed of the motor is monitored and, if the period is longer than a predetermined value, a correction pulse is applied to a motor control system and, if it is shorter than the predetermined value, the correction pulse is not outputted. CONSTITUTION:A speed pulse signal which is proportional to the rotational speed of a cylinder motor 7 is generated by a frequency generator 1. On the other hand, a phase pulse signal which is proportional to the rotational phase of the motor 7 is generated by a pulse generator 8. The respective pulse signals are amplified (2 and 9) and control circuits 3 and 10 input the respective pulse signals to an operational amplifier 4 as a speed control signal AFC and a phase control signal APC. The operational amplifier 4 mixes the signals AFC and APC and feeds them back to the motor 7 through a driving circuit 6 to maintain a constant speed operation. If a load is varied, a microcomputer 11 monitors the frequency of the signal AFC and, if the period is longer than a predetermined value, a correction pulse is generated (111) and corrects the signal APC through a correction circuit 12 and the corrected signal APC is inputted to the operational amplifier 4. If the period is shorter than the predetermined value, the correction pulse is not outputted. |
