PURPOSE:To rewrite the signal between the both addresses, by detecting the coincidence between the address of signal in circulation and that of external input signal. CONSTITUTION:The external data is given to the latch circuit 14 and the address given to the data is given to the address memory 17 respectively. The output 22 of the memory 17 is given to the coincidence detection circuit 15. On the other hand, the address counter 16 counts up the input of the clock signal 21, when the number of counts corresponding to the storage capacity of the charge transfer element 4 is counted, the counter is reset with the signal at LGC13 and the address of data given to the terminal 10 being transferred in the circulation loop 8 is represented. The output 23 of the counter 16 is also given to the circuit 15. The circuit 15 performs the detection of coincidence for the output signals 22 and 23, and when the coincidence is detected, the control signal 11 passing the signal given at the terminal 9 corresponding to the data in coincidence detection is produced at the signal switching circuit 1 to rewrite the data during circulation and external data. |
