<p>PURPOSE:To prevent misstop of recording and reproducing unit and to obtain the control signal other than automatic stop signal, by using the signal alternately repeating two signals different in the frequency for a given number of times as the automatic stop signal. CONSTITUTION:The control signal is recorded in the recording medium 1 together with the audio signal. In this control signal, two signals F1, F2 different in frequency as shown in (a), are repetitively recorded for a given number of times and one signal, e.g., F2 is recorded in two different duration times. Since the signal like this is not present in conventional audio and music information, the automatic stop signal as shown in (h) can be obtained without malfunction. Simultaneously, when the signal longer in the signal F2 is used as digital information 1 and shorter one is as digital information O, the control signal having a plurality of functions other than the automatic stop signal, as shown in (i), can be obtained.</p> |
