<p>Compounds of the general formula wherein R1 is selected from the group consisting of methyl, ethyl. propyl, methoxy, propargyloxy, cyano, allyloxy, acetyl, cyanomethyl, hydroxymethyl, CH3OCH2H2NHCOCH2O-, morpholino, pyrrolidino and pyrrolyl, R2 and R3 are the same or different and are each selected from the group consisting of hydrogen alkoxyalkoxy, alkyl, cyano, hydroxy, halogen, alkoxy, and hydroxymethyl provided that R2 and R3 are not both hydrogen, n is an integer 2, 3 or 4, and X is -O- or -S-. These compounds find pharmaceutical use in the treatment of cardiovascular disorders.</p> |
