<p>PURPOSE:To improve precision in thickness of a sheet by a method wherein a prepared so that the content of resin can be a specified quantity greater on both sides of a sheet base than on the middle zone thereof and this prepreg is used as all or a portion of the laminated prepreg. CONSTITUTION:Thermosetting resin varnish 2 is impregnated in, coated on a sheet base 1 and dried. A propreg 3 is prepared so that the content of resin is 0.2-4wt% by weight on both sides of the base 1 greater than on the middle zone thereof. Then, this prepreg 3 is used as all or a portion of a laminated prepreg and molded under pressure by heating to obtain a laminated sheet. In an apparatus for producing the said laminated sheet, squeeze rolls 5, 5 for regulating the content of resin by holding the resin-impregnated wheet base 1 under pressure are arranged in parallel on a tank 4 for impregnating resin in the sheet base 1 for forming the prepreg and in one of the squeeze rolls the outer diameter is made larger in the middle portion 6 than in both ends 7.</p> |
