PURPOSE:To restrain accurrence of fine grains and improve the yield of granular substance by providing a take-out cutter for stripping knealed molding substance off the front roll and a roll for compressing the molding substance between the front and rear rolls. CONSTITUTION:When a front roll 3 and a rear roll 4 are rotated in an arrow direction, molding substance 1 of synthetic resin wound around the front roll 3 is stripped by a cutter portion 7 from the front roll 3 and moved to a rear roll 2. In the neighborhood of the rear roll 2 and the front one 3 the latter 3 is higher in temperature, so that the molding substance is rewound around the front roll 3 and moved again to the rear roll 2 through a changeover frame 6. As kneading rate is increased through a repetition of such operation, the substance is moved to the right and compressed up to the thickness of 2-3mm. by a roll 5 having corrugations on the external circumference at the right end of the front roll 3. Then, the molding substance 1 having corrugations is cut by a cutter 4 in a sheet form and stripped from the front roll 3. |
