PURPOSE:To output an alarm a fixed time before the leaving time of a reserved train by providing a storage part to store an alarm output time together with seat data for a card into which data are written by a ticket issuing device. CONSTITUTION:When a card 4 receives ticket issuing data transferred from a ticket issuing device 3 by a connection part 41, the seat data are stored into a seat storage part 42 and the alarm output time is stored into a time storage part 43. Only a fixed number is subtracted from the data of the storage part 43 every fixed time by a time check part 45 until a value stored at the beginning becomes 0. When the value of the storage part 43 becomes 0, the time check part 45 activates an alarm output part 44 for a fixed time and executes the alarm output to the owner of the card 4. By an action like this, the alarm is outputted the fixed time before the leaving time of the reserved train and the card owner gets to know that boarding time is near. |
