PURPOSE:To obtain the excellent processing property by mixing the solid electrolyte powder and a polymer elastic body solution solved with a polymer elastic body containing a polymer elastic body not containing unsaturated binding in a solvent and filling it on the opening section of a nonconducting mesh body. CONSTITUTION:The solid electrolyte powder 55-90vol.% and a polymer elastic body solution 5-45vol.% solved with a polymer elastic body containing a polymer elastic body solution 50vol.% or above not containing unsaturated binding in a solvent are mixed. This mixture is filled in the opening section of a nonconducting mesh body and dried. In this case, when the solid electrolyte powder used is less than 55vol.%, the conductivity of the mixture becomes low, when it exceeds 95%, a solid electrolyte sheet to be obtained becomes fragile. When the polymer elastic body is less than 50vol.%, the decomposition voltage and electronic efficiency of the obtained sheet deteriorate. The polymer elastic body solution 5-45vol.% is required to uniformly disperse the solid electrolyte powder in the polymer elastic body. The solid electrolyte sheet excellent in processing property, productivity, shelf stability or the like is thereby obtained. |
