PURPOSE:To accurately execute communication with a device for settling the account of a charge by controlling the drive of a movable supporting means and directing it toward the device for settling the account of the charge. CONSTITUTION:A non-contact data carrier 1 is fitted through a movable supporting part 5 and a fixed part 7 to the dash board or the like of a vehicle while sandwiching an inserting part 3. In this case, since a metallic package part 5a of the movable supporting part 5 can be freely turned to a metallic ball part 7a, the non-contact data carrier 1 can be directed toward a desired direction. Therefore, when the vehicle approaches the place of settling the charge of a toll road, by directing the non-contact data carrier 1 toward the detector of the place for the settlement of account, the radio communication is securately executed between the non-contact data carrier 1 and the detector. Thus, the settlement of account can e smoothly executed without any contact and stop[ping of the vehicle. |
