The tubular air pre-heater is for boilers and furnaces, having pipe bundles in the flues with air distribution and collector boxes and air bypass passages. The bypass passages (8) are formed between the pipe bundles (1, 2) in the individual flues, and connect the collector (4, 5) and distribution (6, 7) boxes together. The bundles can be assembled from individual sections with lateral cladding forming the bypass passage walls. The inlets and outlets of the latter are formed in the collector and distribution boxes of successive flues. |
