摘要 PURPOSE: To obtain a laminate which can be manufactured without the necessity to use a mold by providing the surface of a thermoplastic material layer with a nucleophilic group containing an active hydrogen group and generating a chemical reaction between the nucleophilic group and isocyanate used for forming a composition for reinforcement. CONSTITUTION: This laminate has a thermoplastic material layer and a layer of polyurethane or polyisocyanurate composition for reinforcement, where the surface of the thermoplastic material layer has a nucleophilic group containing an active hydrogen group and the nucleophilic group has undergone a chemical reaction with isocyanate used for forming a composition for reinforcement. A thermoplastic polymer layer is a copolymer containing a comparatively lower concentration of comonomer unit imparting the nucleophilic group containing the active hydrogen group and has such a phenomenon that the chemical reaction of a polyurethane forming component takes place on the surface of the polymer layer and a chemical bonding is formed in the interfacial part. This composition brings about an adhesive force which is good enough to eliminate the necessity to cure polyurethane under pressure in a closed mold, between the polyurethane or polyisocyanurate composition and a modified thermoplastic material. Thus it is possible to eliminate the trouble to be encountered when the mold is used.
