<p>PURPOSE:To enable stabilized operation of an incinerator by adopting clinker dust generated from a cooler extraction duct located between a clinker cooler for a cement factory and a tentative cooler for an incinerator as a flowing medium and making the best use of a combustion gas produced by an industrial waste incinerator as the heat source of a tentative burner. CONSTITUTION:The amount of air, which is equivalent to the combustion volume of industrial wastes at a flowing layer type-incinerator 12, and is turned into a secondary air for combustion used for a tentative burner 11, is introduced separately by way of an extraction duct 17 on the way to a cooler extraction duct for a clinker cooler. Clinker dust carried in over the separately introduced air through the duct 17 is partially collided against a buffle plate 20, accumulated inside the incinerator 12 and turned into a flowing medium for a flowing layer. Industrial wastes which are used as a fuel are charged into the incinerator 12 from an industrial wastes charge nozzle opening 15, subjected to combustion on the flowing layer while a high temperature combustion gas is introduced into a tentative incinerator 11 from a gas outlet 16 by way of a gas outlet duct 19 and used as a heat source of the tentative incinerator 11.</p> |
