<p>The tray has a bottom and upstanding side walls which widen conically upwards. At points around the side walls, hinged flaps are provided which in a free position allow the following tray to be nested. When the flaps are turned over into an active position, the trays can be stacked one upon the other. The flaps are fitted where side walls meet at an angle such as the corners of the tray and each flap is an injection moulded section of the material of the tray. The hinge is formed by a thinner fold line, which may have an opening through it.</p> |
