<p>A supporting body of a segmental grinding wheel has extending from one edge of the periphery thereof a flange. Each of the abrasive segments has attached thereto a holding plate which is held against the flange by a clamping ring. The clamping ring has an outer periphery equal to that of the flange, but has an inner periphery spaced from the supporting body. Each of the holding plates has a projection which extends into such space and contacts the inner periphery of the clamping ring.</p> |
