A method was described for the prepn. of new polyesters having a flow temp. of 2000C, anisotropic melt, a 2 value phenol more than one or two kinds and aromatic or ring type aliphatic dicarboxylic acid more than one or two kinds(with the exception of homopolyester prepd. from dicarboxylic acid of two ring bonded linear, a symmetrical carboxylic acid and 2 value phenols).
