An oil filled condenser is decribed. The oil-filled condenser comprising a condenser element l of a pair of thin electrode foils 2 and 3 and a plurality of a piled thin dielectric sheets 4 are put in between the electrodes, all of which are wound into a suitable cylindrical shape in accordance with desired electrical characteristics to be attained.
