This foodstuff is made of seaweed(Jinpo). Thus, dried seaweeds were soaked in 4-50 saline solution for 5 hr washed and mixed with salt at the same ratio of wt. dried seaweed. The mixt. was dehydrated after more than 3 hrs of resalting. the product is obtained by mixing 20-30% salt by wt. |
