Title compd.(I) of which the viscosity was lower than conventional products was composed of 4% polyvinylalcohol, 1.67% triethanolamine, 0.2% sodiumalginate, 1.67% latex, 0.2% synthetic fiber powder, 4% asbesto, 4% ethyleneglycol, 84% water. For example, 1L water (40-500C) was mixed with 50g polyvinylalcohol and 3g sodiumalginate followed by adding 20g triethanolamine and 50g ethylenglycol, the viscosity was decreased. The reactant was mixed with 6g synthetic fiber(150mesh), 50g asbesto powder and 20g latex to give I.
