PURPOSE:To prevent cutouts from occurring on the inside surface during deflashing process by avoiding the split groove on the inside surface from reaching the small diameter end face. CONSTITUTION:The outside surface split groove 2 is axially formed on the outside surface of the megaphone deflection core 1 and the inside surface split groove 3 on the inside surface, respectively. The inside surface split groove 3 starts with the part 31 and reaches the part 32. The inside surface split groove reaches the small diameter end face 4 from the large diameter end face 5. The outside surface split groove is provided until it reaches the small diameter end face 4. On the other hand, there is the part 61 on which the outside surface split groove is not provided near the large diameter split groove. |
