摘要

PURPOSE:To remove the optical flickering of the electrode section by electrically connecting an enclosure which encloses a filament coil to either of two lead wires which hang the filament coil through a resistor. CONSTITUTION:The enclosure 6 which encloses a filament coil is electrically connected to either of two lead wires 3 and 3' which hang the filament coil. The enclosure 6 is kept in the same potential as the filament coil. This can stably generate the anode glow 10 on the discharge side and the anode glow 10' on the non-discharge side.
