摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a negative electrode having good flatness of voltage and a high discharge utilization rate by making up of a negative electrode by laminating aluminum foils subjected to amalgamation. Then, they are sealed up by the negative electrode can 4 through the propylene packing 6 to obtain a button type cell. The negative electrode 1 is manufaftured by a method in which 10mum-thick aluminum foils are dipped in an acetonitrile nonaqueous solution containing 0.1mol mercyry chloride for amalgamation of the surfaces of the foils, and then the foils so treated are laminated in groups of five and then pressed.
