PIEZOOELECTRIC PORCELAIN STRUCTURE

PURPOSE:To enhance the compliance and lower the specific inductive capacity of a piezo-electric porcelain structure by perforating a number of pores in the porcelain. CONSTITUTION:In a piezo-electric porcelain structure 1 formed by molding and sintering piezo-electric magnetic composition, a number of pores 3 are formed in the porcelain. Exciting electrode 5 and lead wires 7 are provided to confront both surfaces of the porcelain. When the number of pores 3 are formed in the piezo- electric porcelain structure 1 in this manner, the specific inductive capaicty is lowered to increase the compliance and increase the g constant.
