PURPOSE:To obtain a transcribing foil which can form a transcribing film which is excellent in a foil cutting property and a foil separating property, its color does not change, and it does not crack by a method wherein a composition formed by blending a specified acryl group copolymer and melamine resin is used as a principal component of a protective layer. CONSTITUTION:A protective layer formed on a carrier film through or without through a mold releasing agent is formed by resin containing at least 80wt% following compounding composition. The composition formed by blending (A) a copolymer consisting of (meta)acrylic acid, 2-20% itaconic acid, 5-40% (meta)acrylic acid ester of polyvalent alcohol (preferably, bivalence or trivalence), 0.5- 20% (meta)acryl amide or its derivate, and 20-80% monomer capable of copolymerizing with either of the said substance, preferably, the lower fatty alcohol ester of (meta)acrylic acid and (B) melamine resin within a range of A/B=90/10- 40/60 at weight ratio. |
