PURPOSE:To increase the reliability of the confirmation system by comparing the broadcast confirmation signal with the discrimination signal pattern which is stored previously in the confirmation of the CM broadcast. CONSTITUTION:Both the broadcast signal and the broadcast confirmation signal set at the specific band within the broadcast signal are broadcasted. At the reception side, the broadcast confirmation signal is extracted through BPF to carry out the confirmation of the corresponding broadcast. In this case, the L/M channel frequency of the fixed TV station is extracted by 52 at the reception side. And the frequency set at the specific band within the broadcast signal is extracted through BPF1-3 in order to obtain the broadcast confirmation signal produced by combining the discrimination signal and the identification signal, and then the pattern comparison is carried out after the A/D conversion. Thus computer 65 is actuated based on the above comparison result. And in case the distance shown by the disagreement number of the bits between the extracted signal pattern and the basic discrimination signal pattern becomes within a fixed level, the reception of the discrimination signal is decided. |
