<p>PURPOSE:To dry the membrane back surface for rust prevention by a method wherein the construction process of low temperature liquefied gas storage tank the air between the membrane and external tank is sucked out while the air is fed from inside the membrane. CONSTITUTION:The air is sucked in from the end part 13 of the heat proof works and travels between the heat proof box 2 and membrane 3 and further between the heat proof box 2 and internal shell 1. The air containing the moisture inside the heat proof layer is sucked in from the exhaust pipe 6 to be guided into the vacuum pump 10 passing through the switching valve 8. Thereafter the discharged air from the vacuum pump 10 is returned into the tank through the gas dome 11. This cycle ventilates the membrane back surface always with dry air to prevent the stay of moisture.</p> |
