PURPOSE:To mount an eye portion securely and easily by a method wherein a rugged interlocking part is provided on end of a leaf spring body, and an end member provided with the eye portion is fixed thereon with an interlocking means. CONSTITUTION:A leaf spring body 1 is formed in a long narrow strip piece with FRP in which, for example, a reinforcing fiberlike, for example, glass fiber, carbon fiber, etc. is buried, and an end member 2 is fitted on its end. An interlocking part including a concavity 4 is formed, in this case, solidly on the end of the body 1, an intermediate seat 8 having a projection which is fitted in the concavity 4 is arranged (fixed) on a side of the concavity 4 and seat plates 9, 9 are arranged on the other side at a position inserting the interlocking part 3. The end member 2 has an eye 10 solidly, provided with the first member 11 arranged on one side of the body 1, the second member 12 arranged opposite thereto, the third member 13 connecting both members 11, 12 and a cover 14 solidly, and fixed on the end of the body 1 with an interlocking bolt 17. |
