PURPOSE:To obtain the titled recording member having superior sensitivity and high shelf stability by forming a specified visible light sensitive layer as the first layer and a specified ultraviolet sensitive layer as the second layer on a support in this order to enable an increased of the content of a reducing agent. CONSTITUTION:The about 1-20mu thick first layer based on a Co (III) complex such as hexammine-cobalt (III) perchlorate, a visible light reducing agent such as benzoquinone, and a hydrogen donor such as polyethylene glycol is formed on a support, and on the first layer the about 1-20mu thick second layer based on an ultraviolet oxidizing agent such as hexaarylbiimidazole, an N-contg, org. coupler such as aminotriarylmethane, and a color development accelerating acid such as p-toluenesulfonic acid is formed to obtain a photosensitive heat-sensitive type recording member. |
