PURPOSE:To decrease the using time of the mobile parts of the transmitter and thus increase the life time, by performing the braking for start and stop of the rotation of the magnetic sheet via the control signal added to the video information signal sent from the information supply side. CONSTITUTION:When the terminal subscriber pushes the start button, the information supply center gives immediately the start control code signal for rotary magnetic recorder 32 along with the address code of the terminal subscriber to then supply them to terminal 42 via transmission line l1. This control code signal is detected at code collating circuit part A, and the start control pulse of motor 37 is supplied to motor driving circuit 41 of recording and reproducing part B to drive motor 37. Thus the terminal subscriber connects the desired information to the information supply center via push-button switch 45 at the moment when ready lamp 47 on keyboard D glows. The information supply center adds the control code signal along with the address code to the desired video information signal to send them to part A via line l1. Circuit part A detects these signals and then delivers the pulse to control circuit part C to carry out the recording and reproduction of the desired information. |
