PURPOSE:To eliminate the wear of the leading end of the screw and omit the metering section thereby to reduce the cost of the machine by forming the screw part into a cantilever by causing the base portion to support the screw shaft and forming the screw part into noncontact state with the inner surface of the cylinder. CONSTITUTION:The screw shaft 2 is supported by bearings 4 and 5 and a bearing 7 and the screw part at the leading end is formed into a cantilever and is inserted into the cylinder 1 in a noncontact state thereby to constitute a feeding part A and a compression part B. Moreover, the metering section is omitted to shorten the screw shaft 2 and is driven in a state of noncontact with the inner surface of the cylinder 1. The material from a hopper 3 is delivered to the leading end of the cylinder 1 and the bank part 90 of the roller die 9, and is molded successively into a sheet 10. EFFECT:Since there is no contact part, there is no troubles due to the exchange of parts. Furthermore, fittings of heating and cooling pipes can be made easily. There occurs no rolling of the screw.
