PURPOSE:To practice the mixing of mortar, concrete, etc. smoothly, by adding solid and liquid materials by charging means arranged in axial direction of the holding section of a mixing chamber at desired intervals, and by performing continuously various steps of mixing different from each other. CONSTITUTION:In preparation of a kneaded material such as concrete, etc., sand etc. is added from the first charging mechanism 1 and water from a pipe 15 in the first kneading stage I. In the second kneading stage II, cement is added from the second charging mechanism 2 and is mixed by a screw mechanism 4. In the third kneading stage III, water is added from a branch pipe 16 and raw aggregate from the third charging mechanism 3. A dispersant, a hardening-accelerating agent, or a retardant, etc. is added from a mixing agent tank 17. At the bottom of a mixing chamber 10 made by connecting these stages are attached elastic sheets 5, and at outer side of the eleastic sheets 5 are formed chambers 6 for heating mechanism. Mixture adhered to the elastic sheets 5 is removed by pressurized fluid having pulsatory motion. The kneaded material is discharged through a discharging outlet 9 at the rear end of the mixing chamber 10. |
